The FRESH PRODUCE FORUM looks at the most important challenges facing today’s fresh produce industry at all stages of the supply chain.
In a series of six to eight separate one-hour sessions, exhibitors and trade visitors will learn about many of the most important issues affecting the international fresh produce trade today and discuss possible solutions with international experts.
The international fruit trade, with its complex supply chain and the multitude of key players, makes a crucial contribution year after year to the population’s health. In many countries, fruit and vegetables are also very important economic factors. And that certainly doesn’t make it an easy business. New challenges have to be met all the time.
FRUIT LOGISTICA makes a key contribution to this debate with its annual series of FRESH PRODUCE FORUM workshops. We analyze supplier countries and import markets as well as looking at the market potential of products and specific product categories. Consumer behavior is also placed under the microscope. How do consumers tick? What do they really want? How should we be communicating with them?
