We would like to announce all our customers in Malaysia Market that The Crop Protection and Plant Quarantine Division in Malaysia has submitted a new regulation for issuing the import permit which will take place from starting of Jan 2015 on all the citrus shipments to Malaysia as import permit is needed for each shipment .
Permit Application Procedure
- Applicant shall register with the Crop Protection & Plant Quarantine Division and open an account with a deposit of RM150.00.
- Applicant registers with Dagang Net for ePermit subscription.
- Applicant submits online application.
- Agricultural assistant / officer verify the application.
- Agricultural officer approves application.
- Approved application will be sent to Customs Information System.
So that , we are highly recommend all our customers who placed the Citrus ( Navel Oranges , Grapefruit , Baladi Oranges , Lemons ) order with us …. to provide the import permit to us as soon as possible , as the application of import permit need at least 5 working day.
